Privacy Policy

1. Data Controller

2. Cookies

The service uses cookies for the following purposes:

  • Technical: to ensure the correct operation of the service.

  • Analytical: study of traffic statistics (Google Analytics).

  • Marketing: ad personalization and remarketing.

Managing cookies: You can change your browser settings and delete cookies at any time. However, restricting their use may affect the functionality of the website.

3. Types and Purpose of Data Processing

We collect data provided voluntarily (registration, newsletter, comments) and data collected automatically (IP, browser type, location).

Purpose: To provide electronic services, to communicate with the user and to fulfill the administrator’s legitimate interest.

4. Data Recipients and Security

  • Recipients: Data may be entrusted to infrastructure support entities (e.g. hosting OVH Ltd. in Poland).

  • Data transfer: Personal data does not go outside the EU. Anonymous (statistical) data may be transferred outside the EU.

  • No profiling: Data is not used for automated decision-making.

5. Storage Period

  • Personal data: For the duration of the service + up to 30 days after its termination. In exceptional situations (protection of claims) up to 3 years.

  • Anonymous data: Stored indefinitely for statistical purposes.

6. Your Rights (Under RODO)

You have the right to:

  • Inspection, rectification and transfer of your data.

  • Deletion of data (“right to be forgotten”) or restriction of its processing.

  • To object to the processing.

  • File a complaint with the supervisory authority (the President of the DPA).

7. Final Provisions

  • The site may contain links to external sites – we are not responsible for their privacy policies.

  • Changes to the policy will be published on the site. Registered users will be notified of changes by e-mail 7 days in advance.
